We offer residential and commercial pressure washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter services, and other exterior cleaning services in Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas. Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling are discussed individually with each client.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All estimates provided are based on the information given by the client and may be subject to change upon in-person assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and digital options.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees.
  • We offer payment plans by request and military discounts (valid ID required).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
  • Weather-related delays may result in rescheduling at no penalty.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We offer a 3-year warranty on roof cleaning—if premature organic growth reappears, we will return and respray at no charge.
  • Our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right before closing out the job.

6. Liability

We are licensed, bonded, and insured. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural damage or wear
  • Damage caused by client failure to disclose vulnerable areas (e.g., loose shingles, damaged paint)
  • Delays caused by acts of nature or third parties

7. Safety & Compliance

We use fall-protection equipment and adhere to industry safety standards on every job. Our team is trained to operate safely around clients, pets, and property. We are certified as a Commercial Pesticide Operator in Oregon and Washington by the Department of Agriculture.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of P&M Pressure Wash and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
